Viscom exhibition attendees discover the unlimited possibilities of T3Systems
From illuminated archways to versatile presentation counters and dynamic lightbox displays, T3 helped Viscom attendees discover the future of visual communications.
BRIEF
The Viscom Italia exhibition at the Fiera Milano Rho is one of Italy’s has become of Italy’s key exhibitions for companies and consumers to view and present the latest in visual communications. Done through an immersive first-person experience that allows for new ways of doing business to develop.
This international exhibition is a place where ideas and thoughts focus on creativity in its applications, solutions, materials and technologies combining tradition and innovation.
T3Systems decided that the brief for this project was to design a bright and multifaceted display that would effectively showcase all the possibilities that the T3 solutions provide to the visual communications.
OUTCOME
The design for the 42 sqm floor space encapsulated all the T3 solutions. The product ranges were included in the structures to showcase their individual benefits to the visitors of the exhibition
Some of the most unique structures included a 6-metre-long and 3.5-metre-high arched walkway. One side of the archway was left bare to showcase the profiles to visitors while the other side was clad in fabric graphics. The graphic clad side was illuminated using the T3Wandlite to create a ‘punchy’ effect on viewers.
The two archways were joined with an overhead T3Litebox. Due to the lightweight and modular design of our lightbox profiles this type of structure is easy to install and create.
T3EasyCube presentation counters were created to take visitors through the various benefits and application of T3 and its solutions. These modular counters were fitted with our Sliding door insert (CHSDDIC) to create storage. The counters were also fitted with computer monitors for the booth staff to present videos, drawings and case studies to visitors as well as take their details.
The design also featured a variety of other lightbox solutions including the internal corner infill (CHFLBII). Which allows for a range of shapes to be created outside of the standard square and rectangular shapes.
INSTALLATION
The installation of the exhibition stand was completed by a team of 3 people in 6 hours without the use of tools or levers at any point of the construction. In this time the team was able to assemble all of the structures, mount graphics and configure lighting.
Once the show was finished a team of 3 was able to dismantle and pack up the entire stand in 3.5 hours. The profiles and extrusions are then able to be reconfigured and used in other projects down the line further promoting T3’s eco-friendly and cost-effective benefits.
Viscom 2018 was a fantastic success for us. We wanted to present our products and solutions in a bright and dynamic way to visitors. We included multiple structures that are unique to T3 due to our various benefits and capabilities. People were astounded by the end result, there were even exhibitors at the show who were enquiring about our products for their next exhibition stand design.
